My experience at Teddy Nissan was amazing. I was told to go to Teddy to buy a car, but I didn't really want to travel that far I was looking for a place in Brooklyn or Queens. I arrived and was told from a friend to ask for Salesman William James. The receptionist was very polite I might add, but met I William James and he made me feel like we were related, I got so comfortable with him that I felt I could take my shoes off and relax. He was very helpful, no rush, very polite and tried to get me in the vehicle I wanted no matter what he pushed hard to get me into that car. We went for a test drive and he let me handle it, and actually TEST the car out which was great, fell in love with it right away. This isn't my first time buying a car but the experienced this time was great. I do recommend anyone from anywhere to go to Teddy Nissan and ask for William James. Teddy carries such high standards and makes their customers feel as if they're at home. Thank You Teddy Nissan and William James! More

Mr. James gave me VIP treatment from the time I entered his presence. He was courteous, friendly, patient and never seemed to be in a hurry or pressure me into buying a car that I might regret. Even days after I had taken my cars home Mr. James gave me a follow up call to make sure that I wasn't having any problem. I think Mr. James is the most thought salesman I've ever met and I thank him for his service. More
