First impression was good and not intimidated at all. Yesica approached me and my wife with a welcome and continued with great customer service until we left. She consistently tried and kept helping regardless of the situation. I've been to plenty of dealerships where if you were denied or left without a car the sales person immediately changes their attitude. She kept a smile throughout the whole process.
