My Sales Consultant Lundy impressed me even before I reached the dealership. Lundy called me prior to my appointment to confirm my time of arrival. He had done some homework before I arrived, because he already had a list of vehicles to show me that were in my price range and that met my request. This let me know he valued and respected my time. Throughout the whole process Lundy made sure I was extremely comfortable, I felt I was car shopping with my friend not with a Sales Consultant that I just met. When I walked into Teddy's Nissan I was a little discouraged because I went to another dealer and they werer just trying to get me to say yes to any kind of car. when I arrived to Teddy's Nissan Jua discouraged because I went to another dealer and they werer just trying to get me to say yes to any kind of car. when I arrived to Teddy's Nissan Juan was standing up front ready to assist me. We sat down he asked me what brought me in and i gave him the whole run down, it's was my birthday and I wanted to get myself something very nice. He told me that he was going to take care of me and that I was going to leave there with a car and that's EXACTLY what I did.....yay When it was time to talk to the finance manager Eric Sheriff, even though my credit wasn't the best he gave me all available options that would benefit me and we both decided which one would be a good one. I appreciate these gentlemen because they didn't try to take advantage of the situation being that I was a female and I went in by myself. They didn't just try to feed me anything, they actually worked with me and gave me something that I was extremely satisfied with and and not something just to get the sale.... I went to Teddy Nissan to trade off my old Dodge Caliber for a 2009 Nissan Altima. What I didn't expect was the exceptional service Peter Corsino provided me. Not only did he get me into the car I wanted to for a 2009 Nissan Altima. What I didn't expect was the exceptional service Peter Corsino provided me. Not only did he get me into the car I wanted to purchase, he actually upgraded me to a 2012 Nissan Altima!!. I absolutely love my new Nissan and I cannot believe I was able to own one for almost the same price as I would have with a preowned one. Mr Corsino also personally made sure I received the spare key that was missing, even following up with it during right after his vacation. Will definitely recommend this dealer. I was very concerned about adding the new car to my insurance and how much more it would cost in addition to the car I already had, Peter made adding the new car to my insurance a breeze.
