Going in to Teddy Nissan I must say that I was anxious, excited and above all very nervous. (This was my first experience in purchasing a brand new vehicle) Soon after sitting down with Ramon Ruiz (dealer) excited and above all very nervous. (This was my first experience in purchasing a brand new vehicle) Soon after sitting down with Ramon Ruiz (dealer) and discussing my preferences I felt completely at ease. Ramon promptly answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and scheduled a test drive. After said test drive and learning about the features the 2.5 offered and comparing with the 2.5S I had a very serious decision to make. As I debated between the 2.5 & the 2.5S Ramon did what he did best and presented me with several options. I disagreed with several options and he would go and communicate this to Wes Williams, who would then make a different offer. In the end we both reached an agreement and I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. The level of professionalism and familiarity at Teddy Nissan is wonderful. I am recommending this dealership to as many people I can. More

I bought a used car here and it just happend to be one in a million chances that the car has problems.. i brought the car back to the service department and let them check it out.. i received a loner car unt a million chances that the car has problems.. i brought the car back to the service department and let them check it out.. i received a loner car untill the problem was solved. the car had a little bit more problems then they thought.. i spoke with Gaberiel the sales manager and told him that i no longer wanted the car and that i prefer a refund or to have a new car. It took a few weeks to get everything taken care of but yesterday i drove off with a new and better car. Juan Garcia is a great salesman.. the sales managers Gabe and Alex took care of everything and one of the owners Steve took great care of me.It was a little bit of a wait but totally worth it! More

For my first car Rajon Lewis helped me and he was very friendly, knew about the different cars and what would fit my needs. He worked with me to get me what I wanted and made sure I had everything I need. He also understood the different emotions and dealt with them in a very professional mannerism. He would also call to follow up with me and make sure my Altima my first new car was running well. I would recommend Rajon to anyone looking to buy a new Nissan. I returned to Teddy's because they really make the buying experience easy and worth while! When I return to upgrade my Altima I worked with Lundy and working with Lundy was also very pleasurable he did a great job and walked me over the process.
