I was extremely disappointed with my visit to Teddy Nissan. I only went there because of several calls to myself & emails from Teddy. Their customer service is lacking in several areas, with an a Nissan. I only went there because of several calls to myself & emails from Teddy. Their customer service is lacking in several areas, with an appointment not walking in off the street, I was there several hours due to interruptions with other customers. I was told one thing & when I questioned it I was told that promo no longer is in effect, etc. I told the dealer what I wanted & what my budget was, he gave me a numer & i was ok with that. Then I had to meet the finance person, that was a whole new experience. I was no longer @ the number I was given due to taxes, acquision fees, bank fees, Blah, blah blah fees over $2000 in fees. The ad said 0 DOWN, 0 Bank Fees, 0 First Payment, yet I had to shell out $600 out of pocket, which is all I could do because I was not prepared to poay ANYTHING out of pocket that day. I am glad its over I will never deal with them again, I will not refer my WORST ENEMIES to them. I hope this saves someone from going through the same nightmare I went through. More

Antonio showed true professionalism and was very accommodating to my family and I. He made us feel very comfortable and eased the tension one may typically feel when committing to a financial contr accommodating to my family and I. He promised they would do all possible to help us find the financing we needed for the exact vehicle we wanted and they (Antonio & Wilson) kept true to their word. We drove off the lot the same day in the exact vehicle we wanted... plus coloring books for the kids and an extra plushy gift courtesy of Teddy. This was not our first car purchase nor (we hope) will it be our last, but overall the experience at this dealership was extremely positive as opposed to past experiences. We definitely would recommend any one looking for a nissan to visit Teddy and definitely ask for Antonio. More
