This was my second car with Nissan and the sevices I received were outstanding. I gave Teddy Nissan an outstanding rating because of the way they (William James and Nick Andriotis) handled my situation. I walked into this dealership a year ago with the intentions of purchasing a car, d way they (William James and Nick Andriotis) handled my situation. I walked into this dealership a year ago with the intentions of purchasing a car, due to some financial hardships and unexpected events I was not able to get the car at that time. William James told me not to worry and to come back to him when I was ready. Throughout the course of the year I received telephone calls from their secretary inquiring about my situation and letting me know that when I was ready the door would still be open for me. On 3-13- 2012 I went to a car auction hoping to purchase a car (thinking it might be a cheaper way), The car I was looking at was a 07 Altima, because I am a new driver the insurance quote that I got was extremely high, the interest rate and monthly payments that I also received were extremely high. I decided to let the deal go and return back to Teddy Nissan. On 3-17-2012 I returned back to Teddy Nissan to speak with William and made sure I had all the proper paper work. When walking into this dealership I had little to no faith that I would walk out with a car or even an estimate of prices that I would be satisfied with, William explained to me in a joking manner that they can make miracles happen, I laughed with him but still didn't beliveve it. After running my paper work and looking at a car that I was interested in, which happened to be a 2009 Altima, William showed me all the features of the car and then took me inside to meet Nick in their financial department. When I sat with Nick Androitis I was shocked with the reasonable car payment and insurance they were able to help me attain. Overall I was approved and drove off the lot in my 2009 Altima. This was my first car purchase and only being 24 I was so proud I did it all by myself. William and his staff also could not express how happy they were for me and was glad that I left overly satisfied. And at the end we came to the conclusion that Teddy Nissan did work miracles. This is by far the best dealership ever. A few years ago I had an awful experience with Central Avenue Nissan dealership. I happen to meet Teddy one night in my store and he extended an invitation for me to I had an awful experience with Central Avenue Nissan dealership. I had that car for two years and never experienced any issues. Juan Surun was my salesman for this purchase and would always take time from his busy schedule to call and ask if everything was ok with the vehicle. You don't find that kind of service anywhere. Last week I went into the dealership to upgrade my vehicle and the experience was exceptional. I was originally waiting for Juan but he was with a customer. So I asked Pedro Almonte if he would be able to help me? He said yes. But what I loved the the most was that he was humble enough to call and ask Juan if it was ok to take his customer. That gesture right there shows the respect that they have amongst one another and the quality of employees that Teddy has. As long as Teddy is around his dealerships are the only ones I would step foot in. More

He was a pleasure to deal with and if it werent for my prior obligations on the initial day I went in to the dealership, I would have been able to drive my car off the lot the same day! He got me the best deal possible for my trade in, which I appreciated and Nick in finance worked wonders with getting me approved because due to my credit, I was sure I was not getting into a new car!!
