I purchased a used 2008 Nissan Altima back in June if 2011. The salesman and finance manager told me if I were to make my payments on time, I can come back to Teddy and trade in the vehicle for a newer o 2011. I emailed the finance manager to see if it was possible to do this, but I never received an answer. I started to go to other dealers in the tri-state area to see my options for trading in the Altima, but I get the same response that I got shafted in purchase of the car. The dealerships I have been to basically said I over paid for a base midel 2008 Altima. My advice to perspective buyers is to do your homework before coming to Teddy Nissan. More
Worst experience ever. Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Unless you are a car expert and know when you have a really good deal. And would never have to go back there. And I can definitely do a better work. This is the worst dealer I've ever been to. When u looking for a car they all smiles, and when you want them to solve your problem nobody is available. As I typed this comment there's a customer here that had to call the police on them. This people don't care about quality service customer satisfaction n deepening a relationship. I'm really disappointed. I was told to go back in 30 days to work things out. Let's see if they will really help me! More

This was my worst experience with dealership. I got a quote from truecar.com for a maxima and called in to confirm the price. This internet representative named Indira answered my call and told me they w quote from truecar.com for a maxima and called in to confirm the price. This internet representative named Indira answered my call and told me they would honor the price and also gave me 0% apr for 60 months. However, I check their website and did not find the exact match after talking with her. I called her again one day before I came in telling her I did not see the exact match, she said I should not be suprised since they have a central location with over 500 vehicles and not all vehicles are available online. She also confirmed the pricing and 0% apr financing, since I told her I lived outside of NY and had to travel a few hours to their dealership. She also sent me an email with everything we just agreed upon after I requested it. After I traveled to their dealership, a saleswoman told us they did not have the car and would not honor the price, then I talked to the sales manager to no avail. The sales manger was very rude and told me that anybody made mistakes. Yes, people make mistakes, but they do not confirm their mistakes even they know it is not true. The saleswoman and the sales manager were totally unprofessional. They told us they would offer a similar car for $1800 more. Before I went in, I also read the reviews below and thought this would not happen to me. WRONG. If you want to waste your time and deal with totally dishonest people, please give them a try. More

The way I was treated with respect and the salesman Mr. William was very helpful. I drove from this dealership with a brand new 2012 Nissan Sentra the same day. I had various experience with other dealership and I would not go back to them. If your credit is not up high they dont really want deal with you. My is not up not high and I'm consider a risk. Yet Mr. William show me this car brand new 2012 special edition and his exact words were, "we are here to help you get the car that you want and drive out of this dealership with the car the same day" I just looked at him and laugh and said yea sure. Well I'm driving this car today. I'm very satisfied with the performance of the car and I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I would recomend friends and family, co-workers to this dealership and I would recomend Mr. William to be their salesman.
