I went to Teddy Nissan to refinance the upside down loan on my 2007 Infiniti G35. While speaking to Ed Allen, my sales representative he informed me that refinancing would not be a great option because I s on my 2007 Infiniti G35. Mind you I was already at almost 20%. Ed explained, that getting into a new car would not only help increase my credit score but they worked to get me into a 2011 Nissan Altima while paying no interest at all on my new loan. The finance director Julio Batista was very helpful and not pushy like other dealers I have dealt with. Now I can payoff my car faster and know all my monthly payments are going towards my car not someone else’s pocket. This is the first car I have bought from Teddy Nissan and it will not be the last. Overall, my experience was a great everyone was courteous and professional. I would recommend them to any one looking to get into a car. More

I had a great experience purchasing a new used car from Mr. William James at Teddy Nissan in the Bronx. First of all, this was my first-ever car purchase. Mr. William James was very careful to listen to what I needed in terms of a car, the way I would use the car, and most importantly my budget. He thoroughly explained what was available, brought me to the kind of car I was looking for within my tight budget range. He gave me a test drive in the car I was considering. Later, back at the desk, we discussed financing and my budget even further and he did everything possible to ensure that I was getting the best price possible within my budget for a slighty-used Nissan Versa. After I purchased the car he took great care to ensure that upon delivery of the car I was happy, that I had checked out every possible button and switch to ensure that everything was working properly. He even went so far as to position the headrest for my wife and I to ensure that it was rightly positioned for the safest angle in case of an accident. On the day of the pickup we discovered that the radio was not working optimally. He arranged that the radio would be replaced..free of charge..on the spot. About 10 minutes later I had a brand new radio in the car and the mechanic even ensured that it was programmed with the correct time of day and our favorite radio stations were programmed in. It was attention to me as a customer, and to the details that most impressed me. As a customer for other products I am very greatly aware of the quick-buck mentality that is so prevalent out there in the world. Teddy Nissan and Mr. William James took extra time and care to ensure that I, as a customer, was totally happy and felt free to come back with more questions and that I was totally comfortable with my purchase and would get the best use of my new used car. My wife and I were shopping around for a new car and went to Teddy Nissan. As we entered the premises we were lucky enough to meet with Mr. Antonio Figueroa. He basically went through details we were ignorant about trading and purchasing a new car. He introduced us to several cars, but through his knowledge he convinced us that our best deal would be to upgrade our old Nissan Sentra. We were elated at the fact that the features, which were thoroughly explained and described to us were exactly what we were looking for. Mr. Antonio Figueroa was quite a gentleman and we highly recommend him to our family and friends. As a matter a fact my wife is planning to trade her Dodge Caravan for a Nissan Quest in the near future. As a last note we were very unhappy with our insurance company and he was able to recommend us to a more reliable company. More
