Nissan of the Bronx

I went to Teddy Nissan from Bridgeport Ct to buy a car. I first inquired information on the internet and they responded right away. I had a appointment today 6/23/11 at 11:15am. When i got out of my car a ma first inquired information on the internet and they responded right away. I had a appointment today 6/23/11 at 11:15am. When i got out of my car a man approched me and provided customer service right away and that was Mr. William James. He showed me the car i was looking at and started the paper work right after. I did not leave until 8:45 pm but while i waited to get everything done financaly every staff member was corteus and pleasent. Every one worked as a team and i walked out with the car i wanted. Food was provided for me and my friend form one of the sales men. Everyone including the the service department made shore my car was washed, cleaned and ready to drive. I recommend Teddy Nissan because they really treat people as people. More

JAMES SPENT HOURS WITH US HELPING MY MOTHER DECIDE ON WHAT VEHICLE WOULD BE BEST FOR HER AND WITHIN HER PRICE RANGE.. AFTER SEVERAL HOURS MY MOM DECIDED ON A 98 NISSAN SENTRA WHICH WAS PRE-OWNED.. ANYWHO TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT WE RETURNED THE NEXT DAY TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE MY MOTHER DECIDED OVER NIGHT THAT THE VEHICLE SHE HAD CHOSEN WASN'T THE ONE SHE WANTED, SO AGAIN WE WENT BACK TO THE LOT WITH MR. JAMES SO THAT SHE CAN ONCE AGAIN LOOK AT SOME MORE CARS. AFTER ABOUT 1 HOUR SHE MADE A DECISION.. BOTH MR. JAMES AND MR. WILSON MADE SURE THAT WE WERE SATISFIED.. ONCE MY MOMS DECISION WAS MADE WE PROCEEDED WITH MR. WILSON WHO THEN HELPED US FINALIZE THE PAPER WORK.. AGAIN I'M EXTREMLY HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE WE MADE AND IT WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED WITHOUT THE HELP OF BOTH GENTLEMAN.. Met with Mr. Antonio Figueroa who was our sales rep,The over all experience for me personally being my first car lease was very very overwhelming and a long process, but I am sure thats due to the nature of a major purchase/lease. The dealership was full of lively people which to me meant something must have been good at the dealership, one car after the other left the lot. Mr. Figuera went above and beyond duty to try to answer our questions, and to make our needs were met in returns to leaving with our vehicle. gave us information in regards to the whole lease process, We would strongly recommend the dealership and our Rep should anyone inquire about a used or new car.
