My mother and I stopped my Teddy Nissan and met with William James while inquiring about a Versa Hatchback. However we did visit another Nissan dealer and I literally looked at my mom and said we're going back to William. We met with him again on Saturday to go over the options and although he was busy with a client he took the time to personally greet us when we came thru the door. He allowed us onto the lot to get in and look at as many cars as we wanted to. Due to the ongoing tent sale I must admit that we had to wait a while to actually sit down with William however that is how we met Joel. Joel was instrumental as well in the purchase of this car...although he was new to this job (only 4 days in) he was attentive and very easy to talk to. He listened to what I wanted and did everything he could to make sure I was happy. I must admit that the staff here is very attentive and polite. My mom and I felt so comfortable the whole time we were there. This was actually my first car buying experience and I could not be happier. The finanical person Nick was able to get me an awesome deal with the bank...I could not have asked for anything more from this experience. He was professional and friendly all at the same time. Even though this is a business, I felt like I was getting re-acquanted with a long lost family member and not like I was talking to a stranger. Ladies don't usually go to dealerships without a man with them for fear of being taken advantage of but William treated me with respect and explained the process of everything we were doing to make sure I understood.
