He was a great!!! Very sweet and handsome may I add lol.. But to the business aspect, I came in already knowing what vehicle I wanted. However some one had a deposit on it already. He assured us that we will get it, just be patient. So we continued to browse other vehicles in the meantime. I got there in the evening so we had to come back the next day for the financing department. Didn't really have a problem because I don't live that far. Anywho, so the next day Juan wasn't working, but he came in to meet us, talk about going the extra mile for you clients. My parents where out of the country at the time, so we had to wait for there arrival. Juan assured us he wouldn't sell the car, and if it did, he would make sure and find us a comparable car. FAST FOWARD: 4days later, my parents where back in town and we got the paper work going. Suprised my dad got approved, we made our deposit and had to get my dads signature, insurance and be done. There was a little bump in the road, my dad works all day and wouldn't be able to come and sign. So with his managers permission Juan took me and my twin down to manhattan to my dads job to sign the paper work. I was so surprised he went out of his way that much to get us a car. I will never forget this trust me. I only hope they do not let there value and appreciation for the customers decrease, once they get more established. Thought it may have seemed it wasn't going to happen for a minute, Juan kept telling me to be positive and he was right, picked my dad up from work that day after the fact that we already went to the city for him to sign the paper, and they finalized the deal, and I got my car a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant. A couple of weeks later I heard a noise from the brakes, brought it back and got it fixed free of charge that same day, I so adore this dealership for the professional demeanor. After going to 4 other dealers, this one tops the cake! Thanks so much JUAN! More

Though this dealership is fairly new, the staff and ownership have been in the car business for many years. My family and I were treated like V.I.P.'s, which set the stage for an excellent buying expe ownership have been in the car business for many years. At first I wasn't sure exactly what car I wanted to get, but Bob Alongi (a finance manager) spent the time to review with me the best car with the best deal that met MY needs. Never once did I feel pushed or persuaded. At one point I even met with the owner (Teddy) of the company, who treated me like an old friend! The whole experience was great! As a matter of fact so great, I ended up buying 2 cars that same day! Nissan makes great cars and Teddy Nissan is where you need to buy yours! More

I bought used 2008 Honda CRV on November 2010. I'm not a tough negociator.. Thus bought the car for what ever the price offered. But the problem started when I want to have the service done. They just cleaned the car outside and gave it to me. After driving couple of days, I realized that the driver seat belt is not working. Even they didn't change the minium items like Oil, Airfilter and AC Filter (When I switch on the A/C we get a dusty smell). When I called service dept, they say that I need to go to honda dealer. Thus I called the sales person from whom I made a deal, he says that I need to call the service and get it resolved. When I bought the car they said I have 90 days and if there are any issue, they will fix it. So based on my experiance.. My advice is, do not got to this dealer if your looking for a used car other then nissan. More

I drove all the way from South Carolina to purchase my 2010 Nissan Altima Hybrid from Teddy Nissan in Bronx, New York. I worked with five Nissan Dealerships in the three state region and Teddy Nissan was by far the friendliest, most pleasant and fun experience I have had buying and trading a vehicle. We had many issues to overcome with my purchase and handling my trade, but everyone from the CEO on down to the salesman went over and above the call to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that I was taken care of with the loan that suited me best and with a fair trade price. Special thanks goes to all the employees, from my first contact with Nick Kaufman, Internet Sales to Wes Williams, GSM; to Jeff Kirsh my salesman in new car sales to Wilson Calderon, Eric Sheriff, and Julio Batista in the Finance Department and to Bob Alongi, who helped get the most for my trade. I also met and spoke with the CEO and owners, Ted Besson and the President of Teddy Nissan Steven Risso. All these great folks had a personal hand in making sure my drive up to Teddy Nissan was well worth my efforts. The only thing I am sad about is that I do not live close enough to have my vehicle serviced by Teddy Nissan since I know with a great sales staff like this at Teddy Nissan I am sure that the Service staff and experience would be superb as well. Great job, Great customer service and they just won't quit trying to help you get the vehicle you want at the price you can afford even when you as the customer may be tired the staff at Teddy Nissan hang in there with you and get the job done working out every possible solution to your problems. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I highly recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for a Nissan and even to those who might live out of state your trip will be well worth it and I am living proof of that fact. More

garfield was friendly and patient in helping us get into a car, however we felt a little mislead regarding the monthly payments that were agreed upon. When we came in I stated what I wanted to pay per month and I said let me know what car I can get for this price and I was given all kind of run around in an attempt to get me to increase my price point which I was nit willing to budge on and I already stated this from the beginning, so 6 hrs was spent just getting back to the price point I originally stated. Then as we thought we were getting somewhere we talk to the finance mgr who was not as friendly by the way and he wants to increase our payment 75$ due to "fees" so after an already long day they really caused us grief when this was thrown at us so we were ready to walk away from the deal until the games were finally stopped and the car was sold to us for my original price point that I came in the place with. I would recommend teddys b/c they have a nice selection but I would tell buyers to go in tell them what they want and walk away if they try to drag it out too long. We spent from 2pm until 12am and that was just ridiculous. More
