I bought a used car in April of this year from Bayridge I bought a used car in April of this year from Bayridge Nissan (the worst dealer ever) and it had many problems which I was unaware of untill am I bought a used car in April of this year from Bayridge Nissan (the worst dealer ever) and it had many problems which I was unaware of untill am driving it, then the problems would surface and this was so frustrating. My first visit to Teddy Nissan was because I heard a noise whenever I drive the car, since I live in the Bronx I decided to visit them. Since I only had the car for a few days Mr Rowe suggested that I return to Bayridge so they could take care of the problem; he also check for recalls on the car and he found it which Bayridge never even checked for when they sold me the car. My second visit was the muffler was making noise, since I had such a wonderful experience the first time at Teddy Servive Department I decided to return to them. And like the first visit Mr Rowe and is excellent staff check out the problem and gave specific instructions on how to get the problem taken care of by Bayridge Nissan. Third visit was the radio had no volume, however I wasn't taken care of my Mr Rowe but Phil (cant remember his last name) he was ok until I picked up my car and outside of the glove compartment was scratched and when I asked him he gave me a bullshit excuse. Even though I had a horrible experience on third visit, I went back twice after that because overall the Mr Rowe and the service staff gave me excellent service before and they are very professional. The other visits I had, I changed my brakes, rotors and the AC blower which they gave me a rental for a day until my Ac was working again. Am telling you they are very curteous, experience and they make you feel at home. Mr Rowe is doing a great job and I will always take my car to Teddy Nissan for service before anywhere else. Also the lady at the front desk she has great customer service skills, my experinces with her was great and I felt like a special customer. After being referred to Teddy Nissan by a family member, I went with the notion that 1- I would either get declined for a car as I did previously and 2- if I did end up leaving the dealership with a carm it I went with the notion that 1- I would either get declined for a car as I did previously and 2- if I did end up leaving the dealership with a carm it'll be a used one. Man was I shocked to have larned that through the hard work of my salesman Juan Surun and Julio Batista, I was approved for a Brand New 2010 Nissan Altima. Overall, The service was great. The people were thoughtful, caring and very attentive to their customers and I will highly recommend them to anyone. More
I just purchased a 2007 Sentra from Teddy Nissan! In my opinion, my case was handled with top notch customer service from the start of the buying process to the end. I had a small problem with my trade-in before I started working with Gabriel the sales manager, and he was able to solve my issue with the highest level of honesty and professionalism. When I was ready to test drive the new car and begin the buying process, William, my salesperson, had no problem answering all of my questions (of which I have many), and he even gave me important information that I didn't think to ask for. His openness made me feel very comfortable with proceeding. He even offered me a hot dog and soda as I waited for my insurance company to send my paperwork over. As a final step, I met with Julio the finance specialist. He was very organized and happy to answer my questions about the documents that we signed. Having a math background AND a budget, I was very interested in the numbers so I really appreciate his patience. I was also impressed with the fact that Teddy hung around throughout the day to talk with customers as they waited. He gave me his business card and let me know that I could contact him if I had any problems. In the end I drove off with my newer car and a great deal that includes a lower interest rate than I thought was possible! I recommend Teddy Nissan to any informed buyer who is looking for a friendly dealer offering the best service around. Thanks guys! More
I went in last week to purchase a nissan versa. I was unsure of the color and if I would be approved based on my credit history. Herve was very helpful in all aspects. He also made the process a smooth and painless one. Once he told me I got the car, he said the look on my face was priceless. This was my first purchase of a new car and he made it that I want to recommend all my friends to this dealership. Mr. Sheriff in Financing was a big help too. He helped make this a reality. Also they had great reviews on customer satisfaction, which i found to be very true dealing with my sales person Mr. Antonio Figuero. Finally on Friday, the 9th of July, my wife and I decided it was long overdue for a new/used car. We went to Teddy Nissan in the Bronx and as soon as i walked in the door there was a nice young man named Antonio Figuero who walked me through the sales process with unbelievable patience and faith. I say this only because, my credit was not that great and the banks were turning me down left and right. Antonio Figuero did not leave my side for one moment even though his coworkers were getting through on their sales with customers that came in after me. The finance manger Julio Batista was also very great in trying to assist me with the loan. We spent four hrs there and Antonio was by my side the entire time reassuring me that i wouldn't leave here without a car. Unfortunately, the banks were closing and i returned on Monday. No matter how hard Julio, the finance manger, pushed the banks would not grant me a loan.I eventually got a cosigner by Tuesday and I got a better deal with a 2008 Altima with low milage for a great price. Antonio made my experience at Teddy Nissan very comfortable and relaxing. To my fellow consumers looking to buy a vehicle, I would strongly recommend Antonio Figuero, if your looking for a honest and hardworking young man if you want to leave with a pleasing experience. Last Saturday, July 10,2010, I leased my 4th Nissan Sentra. With out a doubt this was the best encounter I have ever had when renewing my lease. When my husband and I pulled up in front of Teddy's Niss Sentra. With out a doubt this was the best encounter I have ever had when renewing my lease. When my husband and I pulled up in front of Teddy's Nissan dealership, we were promptly greeted by Antonio Figueroa. Antonio proved to be professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Antonio was not pushy and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. He was careful to explain all of our options, making us feel very comfortable. With everyone concerned about finances in these times of economic uncertainty, it was refreshing to deal with someone as honest as Antonio. I will certainly continue to purchase at Teddy Nissan.
