The process of my service was explained to me in detail. All my questions was answered and I was satisfied. The service representative even looked into my records to see if additional work was needed. The whole process was very straightforward, Smooth and Quick. I was even offered Coffee or Water while I waited for my vehicle. I was also periodically informed about how long I had left. I would recommend Nissan of the Bronx to anyone and everyone.
