Dropped off my minivan at about 11 am for flushing the transmission fluid. 2 hrs later I was called by Ms Vasquez to say you had to do a $250.00 diagnostics before you could do the flush. Why did you wast transmission fluid. 2 hrs later I was called by Ms Vasquez to say you had to do a $250.00 diagnostics before you could do the flush. Why did you waste your time and didn't tell me when I was there. Also a few moths back I did other services done I was told to do the transimission fluid flush as well but I had declined. That time there was no meniton of any fee for diagnostics. More
