Nissan of the Bronx

I drove all the way from South Carolina to purchase my 2010 Nissan Altima Hybrid from Teddy Nissan in Bronx, New York. I worked with five Nissan Dealerships in the three state region and Teddy Nissan was 2010 Nissan Altima Hybrid from Teddy Nissan in Bronx, New York. I worked with five Nissan Dealerships in the three state region and Teddy Nissan was by far the friendliest, most pleasant and fun experience I have had buying and trading a vehicle. We had many issues to overcome with my purchase and handling my trade, but everyone from the CEO on down to the salesman went over and above the call to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that I was taken care of with the loan that suited me best and with a fair trade price. Special thanks goes to all the employees, from my first contact with Nick Kaufman, Internet Sales to Wes Williams, GSM; to Jeff Kirsh my salesman in new car sales to Wilson Calderon, Eric Sheriff, and Julio Batista in the Finance Department and to Bob Alongi, who helped get the most for my trade. I also met and spoke with the CEO and owners, Ted Besson and the President of Teddy Nissan Steven Risso. All these great folks had a personal hand in making sure my drive up to Teddy Nissan was well worth my efforts. The only thing I am sad about is that I do not live close enough to have my vehicle serviced by Teddy Nissan since I know with a great sales staff like this at Teddy Nissan I am sure that the Service staff and experience would be superb as well. Great job, Great customer service and they just won't quit trying to help you get the vehicle you want at the price you can afford even when you as the customer may be tired the staff at Teddy Nissan hang in there with you and get the job done working out every possible solution to your problems. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I highly recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for a Nissan and even to those who might live out of state your trip will be well worth it and I am living proof of that fact. More

garfield was friendly and patient in helping us get into a car, however we felt a little mislead regarding the monthly payments that were agreed upon. When we came in I stated what I wanted to pay per month and I said let me know what car I can get for this price and I was given all kind of run around in an attempt to get me to increase my price point which I was nit willing to budge on and I already stated this from the beginning, so 6 hrs was spent just getting back to the price point I originally stated. Then as we thought we were getting somewhere we talk to the finance mgr who was not as friendly by the way and he wants to increase our payment 75$ due to "fees" so after an already long day they really caused us grief when this was thrown at us so we were ready to walk away from the deal until the games were finally stopped and the car was sold to us for my original price point that I came in the place with. I would recommend teddys b/c they have a nice selection but I would tell buyers to go in tell them what they want and walk away if they try to drag it out too long. We spent from 2pm until 12am and that was just ridiculous. More
