He makes you feel like he genuinely cares about his customers. He literally went step-by-step with me through the whole process(even going as far as riding with me to and from a car rental when work was being done to my recently purchased vehicle(on his day off!) Lastly, Erik explained seemingly every facet of the financing options available to me, even though I purchased the car in cash.
