I had shopped at three different Nissan Dealers before going to Teddy's. They all wanted me to buy what they had in stock and were not concerned about what I wanted. Juan had located and aquired my vehicle with in two days, he was concerned that I get the vehicle that I wanted at a good price and as quickly as possible. The people at Teddy's are friendly knowledgable and take the time to make sure that their customers are satisfied. My husband and I had fun interacting with the staff at Teddys. We were comfortable enough to kid around and the staff made the buying of my vehicle fun and enjoyable. I have already referred friends, that are looking for new vehicles. More

I had the best experience with Teddy Nissan. The Dealer who attended me is Antonio Figuero. Mr. Figuero took the time to answer all of my questions with much patience. The situation that I presented to Antonio was not an easy one to deal with because of numerous restrictions. At Teddy Nissan, Antonio did not judge me by my credit score they saw the needs of my family and myself. I will never forget the feeling I received as I sat down with Antonio, the way he spoke to us with much sincerity and explained everything to me. Above all means, they sold me a 2007 Chevy Impala almost fully loaded in excellent condition at a good price. I Highly recommend TEDDY NISSAN, ANTONIO FIGUERO any day. I bought a used car in April of this year from Bayridge I bought a used car in April of this year from Bayridge Nissan (the worst dealer ever) and it had many problems which I was unaware of untill am I bought a used car in April of this year from Bayridge Nissan (the worst dealer ever) and it had many problems which I was unaware of untill am driving it, then the problems would surface and this was so frustrating. My first visit to Teddy Nissan was because I heard a noise whenever I drive the car, since I live in the Bronx I decided to visit them. Since I only had the car for a few days Mr Rowe suggested that I return to Bayridge so they could take care of the problem; he also check for recalls on the car and he found it which Bayridge never even checked for when they sold me the car. My second visit was the muffler was making noise, since I had such a wonderful experience the first time at Teddy Servive Department I decided to return to them. And like the first visit Mr Rowe and is excellent staff check out the problem and gave specific instructions on how to get the problem taken care of by Bayridge Nissan. Third visit was the radio had no volume, however I wasn't taken care of my Mr Rowe but Phil (cant remember his last name) he was ok until I picked up my car and outside of the glove compartment was scratched and when I asked him he gave me a bullshit excuse. Even though I had a horrible experience on third visit, I went back twice after that because overall the Mr Rowe and the service staff gave me excellent service before and they are very professional. The other visits I had, I changed my brakes, rotors and the AC blower which they gave me a rental for a day until my Ac was working again. Am telling you they are very curteous, experience and they make you feel at home. Mr Rowe is doing a great job and I will always take my car to Teddy Nissan for service before anywhere else. Also the lady at the front desk she has great customer service skills, my experinces with her was great and I felt like a special customer. Professional staff leads to great service and thats what I received. More

I just purchased a 2007 Sentra from Teddy Nissan! In my opinion, my case was handled with top notch customer service from the start of the buying process to the end. I had a small problem with my trade-in before I started working with Gabriel the sales manager, and he was able to solve my issue with the highest level of honesty and professionalism. When I was ready to test drive the new car and begin the buying process, William, my salesperson, had no problem answering all of my questions (of which I have many), and he even gave me important information that I didn't think to ask for. His openness made me feel very comfortable with proceeding. He even offered me a hot dog and soda as I waited for my insurance company to send my paperwork over. As a final step, I met with Julio the finance specialist. He was very organized and happy to answer my questions about the documents that we signed. Having a math background AND a budget, I was very interested in the numbers so I really appreciate his patience. I was also impressed with the fact that Teddy hung around throughout the day to talk with customers as they waited. He gave me his business card and let me know that I could contact him if I had any problems. In the end I drove off with my newer car and a great deal that includes a lower interest rate than I thought was possible! He also made the process a smooth and painless one. Once he told me I got the car, he said the look on my face was priceless. This was my first purchase of a new car and he made it that I want to recommend all my friends to this dealership. Mr. Sheriff in Financing was a big help too. He helped make this a reality.
