Well signed up for the service plan when buying my vehicle a year ago good for 5 years. Went in not worried about much and found i had to pay for the service job and or see what id like off their serv vehicle a year ago good for 5 years. Horrible experience with lying management. Manager said at least one remote should work for the truck I bought and then didn't honor his word to make the problem right when neither remote work Manager said at least one remote should work for the truck I bought and then didn't honor his word to make the problem right when neither remote worked. They failed to fully inspect the vehicle before selling. Their follow up is atrocious because once they sell you a vehicle they don't care about providing you with anymore service. I had to get the truck serviced at a different dealership less than one month from purchase because the oil was at 40% More
