I booked online and got in the next day for an oil change. I appreciated how easy it was to book and the fact my first oil change was complementary on the truck I bought a few months earlier. There were no prices displayed when booking online, so that could be improved. The waiting area was clean and quiet with coffee and drinks. It took a bit long for just an oil change, but besides that all went well. More

Great people to work with, I went to look at a truck I veiwed on their website but it was sold, but I told the saleman Mike what I was looking for , 10 minutes later found truck that I wanted. Only reason it’s not 5 is because…They are very slow with their cash deals. I traded my vehicle in for another vehicle and cash and still haven’t received my check 5 days, when I was told it would be a day o their cash deals. My experience with Noller really was top notch. Going to the dealership was also a pleasant experience with introductions by many of the crew members as they passed by the desk I was at with Mike L. Nolley the black lab was also very friendly during my stay. We all know that car purchases can be quite stressful, and overwhelming but I never felt either during my purchase process at Noller. The behind-the-scenes crew that works through the numbers were also beyond nice. Warranty information was explained well, and I successfully drove away with the ride I'd been seeking and comfortable that the dealership offered me a good price on my trade and "new to me" ride. It is nice to know they offer a service department and understand the "customer schedule" as a priority, which I struggled with my previous dealership always feeling cumbersome and appointments were weeks or more out. Highly recommend using Noller Automotive. More
