However, Huggins' Business Manager Tyler Randolph went out of his way to make sure my Son was able to get a loan for the car and also made sure to get the best interest rate possible. Bad experience tying to purchase car I cancelled the purchase of a 2017 Honda Accord EX-L CVT white with beige interior due to failure to deliver the vehicle on June 8, 2017 as promised b I cancelled the purchase of a 2017 Honda Accord EX-L CVT white with beige interior due to failure to deliver the vehicle on June 8, 2017 as promised by salesman, Alex Golbuff. Mr. Golbuff lied to me on three occasions: 1. The first time I drove over your dealership to purchase the 2017 Accord EX-L CVT white with beige leather interior on June 1, 2017 and then was told there was none in stock (even though Mr. Golbuff confirm there was a vehicle in stock twice over the phone). 2. I was specifically told by Mr. Golbuff the car I contracted for would be in on June 8th and that he would call me when it came in. I put in a leave request to my employer to be off on June 9th to pick up the car. 3. When I did not hear from Mr. Golbuff on June 8th, I called him around 5:00 pm and was told the car was not in but would be in until next Tuesday (June 13th). I later found out for the first time from Mr. Golbuff's boss that the car would not be in until June 17th. Mr. Golbuff told his boss that he never gave me any specific date the car would be in stock. Not only was a sale lost but, based on my experience with Mr. Golbuff, I would not recommend Huggins Honda. More

The times that I came in to see what was in the inventory for my price range, Gus Rodriguez , the sales ma I gave a 5 star rating for several reasons. The times that I came in to see what was in the inventory for my price range, Gus Rodriguez , the sales man went above and beyond and trying to help find the car for me. However I have to make a shout out to the manager as well. He gave me a blessing that I am so grateful for. Because the manager had a caring heart for me after coming in 2 times, he made it possible for me to get a car that I feel us going to last a long time and feel safe in. I did quite extended research and Huggins came up on top with selection, quality and pricing. When I called dealership I was extremely lucky to talk to Gus Rodriguez. Gus is amazing! Shortly after we talked he emailed me additional photos of the car I was interested in and answered all my many questions, in numerous phone calls. By the time I got to dealership I knew I was in good hands. The car proved to be in as good condition as photos showed, I was able to buy it without any trouble, got complementary 3mo/3Kmi warranty as the car was under 50k mileage. I have to say I love that car already, and I am extremely happy to have been able to find it. I greatly appreciate all the help and courtesy showed by everybody at Huggins Honda, but especially Gus Rodriguez. More

Honestly and Integrity Brad Moore was my salesman and the reason I purchased my 2017 Honda Civic LX sensing at Huggins Honda. This is the second car I have purchased there Brad Moore was my salesman and the reason I purchased my 2017 Honda Civic LX sensing at Huggins Honda. This is the second car I have purchased there and I passed by three other dealerships to get there. It is the fourth Honda I have purchased and this was the BEST experience out of them all. I will be sure to refer everyone I know to go see Brad for their vehicle purchase. I usually buy another brand products and felt uneasy about dealing with a dealer other than my normal dealer, but Brad made my experience just as if I was purchasing a vehicle from a lifelong friend. I would have bought a Product my local dealer sells had I not been Blessed with meeting Brad. He made me comfortable and the experience stress free. I still love my other dealership , but I also love my new dealership. More

All I Can Say Is...WOW! I recently decided I wanted to purchase a 2017 CR-V after test driving it at another dealership up north near IKEA. The manager there was very nice an I recently decided I wanted to purchase a 2017 CR-V after test driving it at another dealership up north near IKEA. The manager there was very nice and not pushy with us...but a week later when I requested some up-front pricing through email, he refused to give me any numbers unless I made another trip to visit him. The red alarms instantly went off in my head....typical dealership games. The last thing I wanted was to walk into a dealership and be held hostage for an entire afternoon while haggling over pricing. Then came along Stephen Bennet and the guys over at Huggins Honda. Not only did Stephen give me a very fair price up-front, he promised that he would honor that price when I came in to see him....no dealership games. I also informed him that I would be providing my own financing and did not want any service contracts or extended warranties which he also agreed to. Stephen was completely honest and informed me beforehand that a CR-V in the color I wanted was still in transit to the dealership, but he would have a loaner vehicle ready for me in the meantime. Having already sold my previous car prior to my visit, I took a Lyft ride from Carrollton to North Richland Hills to see him. As soon as he greeted me, he got right down to business and started pulling paperwork. He wasted no time in showing me the purchase order listing the exact price I asked for with no strings attached, no shenanigans, and no hidden or extra fees tacked on. After he handed me off to the finance office, things went just as smoothly. They knew ahead of time that I was using my own financing and did not want any extras added onto the price of the car which they honored as well. They did not try and sell me a single extra thing that I did not want. After finishing in the finance office, Stephen then took me outside to my loaner vehicle...a brand new Accord. He told me that he would deliver the CR-V to me at my home in Carrollton once it was ready. A few days later, Stephen followed through and made the 30 mile drive to my house in Carrollton with my new CR-V! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever been through. Stephen was up-front, honest, and stuck to his word. I would highly recommend Huggins Honda! More
