Based on the information you provided, it is unlikely the nail was responsible for the low-pressure warnings throughout the entire period, as all four tires were reportedly measuring around 27–28 PSI when checked at Costco. If a single tire had been leaking from a nail for an extended period, we would typically expect that tire to be significantly lower than the other three. That said, tire punctures can occur at any time, and we certainly understand your disappointment after a nail was later found. We never want a customer to feel unheard or question the thoroughness of our inspection process. Your feedback is important to us, and we will review this experience with our team to ensure we continue improving both our inspections and communication. Thanks for response but I think there's some misunderstanding there. What I mean for refilling at Costco is saying 1 or 2 of four tires have around 27-28 psi, and it happens too frequent about 3 times a month which never happened before and that's why we came in and reported. From the latest maintenance visit on 5/19 we do pointed out that and ask for further check, was being assured they will be inspected, we finished regular rotation plus alignment for tires. Just 2 days after it shows low Psi again and we came back on 5/28 again and see the picture showed the nail cause the tire is slowly leaking. That's what I'm asking why we didn't found that during the visit on 5/19 while I mentioned it several times within several services on tires specifically. Now it was being patched and I didn't see this problem in almost a week. So it's mostly just we missed this nail during the inspection on 5/19. And that's what I'm concerning about. It's so obvious, and I asked twice. What else I can do to avoid spending another day for a such obvious mistake? I don't know if it's because that the technician rep didn't send that message to the mechanics. But even the rep didn't mention that it's still frustrated to believe a such obvious nail was being missed for inspection, rotation, and alignment. I believe that you have the picture from multi-point on last time and that's pretty straightforward. We are being there roughly 3 yrs and it's the first time not leaving a positive review. It's not just about the specific problem because life happens, but it's more about how we mis handle the problem and lack of communication and attention to customers and customers' time. It's not related to specific technicians just feel frustrated, if even a such easy and common problem of nail drained me out like that, what else we can trust for you if my car need any further repair in the future? Thanks to Amanda she's really supportive to taking care of that for the second visit. Really appreciate her work. And It's not for any individual representative and that's why I expect maybe can have some explanation from the view of workflow etc.
