I informed the salesman that I’d received pre-approval for the car loan from USAA. My disappointment was the extended wait for almost 3 hours for the finance processing, which was humorously commented o for the car loan from USAA. My disappointment was the extended wait for almost 3 hours for the finance processing, which was humorously commented on by the finance staff member Ms Garza as being shorter than usual. After being offered an excellent interest rate, it was apparent to me that profits needed to be increased with multiple presentations for an extended warranty that had been placed in my invoice, which I had to repeatedly decline (to two staff members). I perceived this as a high pressured sales tactic because I had already requested that the salesman remove that from the list of charges he presented to me. All staff were kind but overbearing. Totally not what l experienced in 2017 when I purchased from Huggins Honda. I returned hoping for similar service. Not so. In 2017 after the 1hour finance process was completed, the salesman provided a demonstration of the cars function. At the conclusion of this year’s purchase, I received a thank you and the keys without any demo, I assume because I was visibly annoyed at the duration of time to complete the financing process. More
I want to give 5 stars but honestly if the rep can listen to me carefully and if the back of technician team can provide a reliable service. I went for 5k miles service last week and really tried my by best to me carefully and if the back of technician team can provide a reliable service. I went for 5k miles service last week and really tried my by best bringing up the concerns about tire leaking at least twice times during the visit. As it shows ‘low tire pressure’ on my screen three times in a month. I did go to Costco, check them and press re-calibrate on my vehicle. But it back again so i did 3 times. Then he said it might be a trick for calibration reset it will gone after you recalibrate it twice. Well but I add the notes that, it could be but when I checked the tires on Costco, I do see the tires are about 27-28 psi which is relatively low. And for those 3 times I refill them at Costco, it might not just a glitch. He said the back will check it. Ok after waiting hours for regular rotation and even the add-on alignment, it was set and I drove back. Until today it popped up again. I changed to another rep and after inspection I saw a very noticeable nail on the tire which cause the slow leaking. Jesus Christ. So what are you and you doing last week? Can we still trust this full-inspection routine? How can this nail being passed from last week maintenance after multi-point inspection, rotation and alignment? What makes the rep so entitled to not listening this and make us back and forth again? What makes the technician team qualified to pass this car? I’m so disappointed and confused. More
