Great experience. I've somewhat always been hesitant of dealerships (high costs, uncomfortable waiting rooms, weird service advisors, etc), but this last time I finally have decided: I'm staying with Huggi dealerships (high costs, uncomfortable waiting rooms, weird service advisors, etc), but this last time I finally have decided: I'm staying with Huggins. The guy I worked with was absolutely over-the-top wonderful. I wish I could personally give him an extra bonus. He was so kind and considerate and he communicated with me every step of the way. The work on my car was exceptional and I didn't get that dreaded phone call about a stripped screw or something falling off. I will be needing more work in the future on my car (hate you, I-35) but I don't mind it so much because this place puts me more at ease than anywhere else. My car was done by the estimated time - that's never happened before at any Honda dealership. I appreciate all the time and effort that went into my car today. More

Matthew Orten was very nice and helpful. Huggins is always a very clean and employee’s are friendly and courteous. The breakfast was delicious.
