In fact the actual problem was an issue with a wheel hub and striped lug bolts caused when I had the tires rotated at a local tire store. Michael contacted the local tire store and informed them of the issue and worked with the manager of the local tire store on my behalf, leading the cost of needed repairs to be paid for by the local tire store.
