I received a phone call from norm reeves volkswagon in port Charlotte last week inquiring about my 2024 Jetta asking if I was interested in selling it. At first I wasn’t necessarily interested, as I loved port Charlotte last week inquiring about my 2024 Jetta asking if I was interested in selling it. At first I wasn’t necessarily interested, as I loved the car. But then I remembered that they had new GLI’s. I scheduled an appointment and met with Brandon last Friday. We talked numbers with his sales manager and ultimately weren’t able to come to an agreement. Wednesday I called back to see if the car was still available, Brandon said that it was and his sales manager told me to come in and we would make something work for both sides. Unbeknownst to me, Brandon was off that day and was coming in just to help me get the car I wanted. This would be my second car that I’ve purchased from Norm Reeves and I’ve always had a good experience. But Brandon went above and beyond coming in on his day off and doing everything he could to get us across the finish line. I couldn’t be happier with my new Jetta GLI and working with Brandon and the rest of the team at Norm Reeves Volkswagon, I would absolutely send anyone and everyone to them if they’re looking for a car! 10/10 highly recommend! Ricky Pavlik is extremely helpful, wouldn’t trust anyone else looking after the care of my vehicle.
