I was pre-approved through a bank for 17,000 and needed that to be the "out the door" price. I drove from Tampa (1.5 hour drive) and when I got there I was told they could not get to that number, then the that to be the "out the door" price. Then they told me they went thru another lender and found me a BETTER interest rate!!!!
