Our overall experience was excellent. We had been corresponding with David via email. He got back to us promptly and we were on our way to Port Charlotte. David was waiting for us and our experienc corresponding with David via email. He got back to us promptly and we were on our way to Port Charlotte. David was waiting for us and our experience was working with a class act sales person, who knew the answers and worked with us diligently to get us what we wanted. I highly recommend Port Charlotte Honda and if we by again we would only deal with David. He amazingly patient with us. Thank you Honda and David. We love our car. Just need to figure it all out even though we got lessons. More

I went to Port Charlotte VW to look at new cars. I called beforehand and spoke with Shay who was very prompt in answering my questions and set me up the same day with David Hillard. He already knew what I was looking for when I got there. The customer service at this dealership is what sets them apart from others in the area. They do not oversell themselves or harass you into buying a car as many others do. Josh Johnston was very flexible in working with me on the price of the car. Edwin was also very polite and knowledgeable with the financing. I am very pleased with everyone there and would absolutely do business with them again. More

The worst experience can be buying a New Car . . . Lots of research and choices, the sales pressure and then wanting to make the right decision. We were very lucky to find David Hillard to help us find the of research and choices, the sales pressure and then wanting to make the right decision. We were very lucky to find David Hillard to help us find the CRV of our choice. He was very diligent in finding all our requests . . . color, type and extras. David is very knowable in navigating in car business, he listens to what YOU WANT in a car and then goes the extra mile to find it! We felt NO pressure in making our decision and it turned out to be a fun experience. Thanks David we Love our New CRV-EX. Happy New Year! More

Buyer Beware! Before you go and sign anything, Please visit Venice Nissan. I arrived at Port Charlotte Honda with a fico of 630, which in fact, is acceptable to purchase a car. They lied and told me my visit Venice Nissan. I arrived at Port Charlotte Honda with a fico of 630, which in fact, is acceptable to purchase a car. They lied and told me my credit was 496. I received letters from the 300 banks that they jammed my credit into, only to add enquiries which substantially damages your credit. When I received the letters from the finance companies, I knew something was wrong. My fico was considerably Higher than they have advised me. They were trying to tell me that the finance companies would not honor their dealer fee, which was 3000. I went to Venice Nissan, and low and behold, had a nice 2011 ford edge that I fell in love with. Not to mention , I have had the certified car now for 2 months. Moreover, was in and out of the dealership with no money down in a short 2 hours. The person to speak to if you are interested is Matt. The sales manager. My name is Michael Rose. I can be contacted at 941-786-7898 to discuss my horrible experience with port charlotte Honda Volkswagen. Or maybe compare the quality of the used car difference. My edge is like new, they were trying to put me into a jeep liberty with high mileage, and bumpers falling off. I am a man that buys a lot of cars in the local area, I would never go to this dealer for the free popcorn in the lobby. Please trust me, and shop in Venice. I truly believe that they make their money off of bad credit, and try to damage people. More

This dealer claimed to have a particular model of car I wanted and set up an appointment for me to come in and buy it. I let them know I was ready to purchase the vehicle and would be driving in from out wanted and set up an appointment for me to come in and buy it. I let them know I was ready to purchase the vehicle and would be driving in from out of town. We even discussed forms of payment. I showed up later in the week as planned and the sales rep I was told to meet wasn't even available. There were many others available but none offered to help. When the sales guy did appear the first thing I asked was for him to show me the model of Accord requested. I had to wait another 20 minutes only to find that they didn't have what they had promised due to a 'miscommunication' but they would be happy to sell me another. I was not surprised to find an underhanded car dealer, however this one sank to a new low in my book by wasting my day. Avoid them if you can. More

I bought my last Honda at the Ft Myers Dealership because a salesperson at the Port Charlotte office was rude to me(even though I was ready to buy, I came in dressed pretty casually after working on my yard) a salesperson at the Port Charlotte office was rude to me(even though I was ready to buy, I came in dressed pretty casually after working on my yard). However, I was at a fair in the mall, met a Honda rep, Matt I believe and he asked me to give them another try as I was in the market for a new Honda. Although I had already spoken with a rep in Ft Myers, I took Matt up on his offer, went that afternoon to meet with Zack Bolling, and had a great experience. Bought my Honda Fit Sport w/Nav that day and picked it up a few days later. He was personable, honest and made the purchase a very positive one for me. All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Zack and the Pt Charlotte Dealership. Sheila F. More

Because of an accident, I had to have a car and I had to have one quickly, a very stressful situation. But I was already a Honda lover, having owned two, and Mr. Bolling listened carefully enough to put me have one quickly, a very stressful situation. My experience at Port Charlotte Honda was awesome! I went to this dealership because of an online listing of a Honda Accord for sale. David Hilliard was my sales associate and he had the car ready for me to to this dealership because of an online listing of a Honda Accord for sale. David Hilliard was my sales associate and he had the car ready for me to test drive as soon as I got there. He gave other options and in the end I got a great deal on the car I wanted. I live in Fort Myers and have bought two cars from Honda of Fort Myers. I decided to take a drive up to Port Charlotte Honda, and I am very happy that I did. Zach Bolling was the sales agent, and I would hi of Fort Myers. I decided to take a drive up to Port Charlotte Honda, and I am very happy that I did. Zach Bolling was the sales agent, and I would highly recommend dealing with him. I have never been more pleased with a car buying experience. I can only hope that Zach is still around the next time I am looking to buy a car, and that the culture of Port Charlotte Honda does not change. More
