My wife and I were in market for a second vehicle, so we searched the internet to see what vehicles would fit our needs, we narrowed our choices to the 2013 Honda CRV and the 2013 Accord Sedan. Not knowing which one we would like, we contacted Port Charlotte Honda by e-mail, David Hiiliard contacted us in a very short time, and in a few hours we had what I consider great prices on each, We explained that we were still in Minnesota and would not arrive in Florida for a few weeks and David assured us that He would keep in contact to make sure our choices were still in stock, no pressure what-so-ever. When we arrived we made an appt.at our convenience and David had the the vehicles ready for us to inspect and to test drive when we arrived, nice part is that David gave us time to decide between the CRV and Accord and what color we wanted. My husband & I recently bought a 2014 Honda CR-V. My husband had looked at other SUV'S , but we always came back to preferring the Honda. When we got to the dealership we felt welcomed, Jason Penland husband had looked at other SUV'S , but we always came back to preferring the Honda. When we got to the dealership we felt welcomed, Jason Penland was the salesman we worked with, he was just the greatest. Although , I made it very difficult for him. You see, I had an issue with the color. We took home a grey, brought it back, then a brown, then another one called Urban Titaniumn, that we kept. We love it. We almost weren't able to change it, but thanks to Brian Irvin, the General Manager, for approving the change, we got our third choice. I just can't believe how wonderful they all were to us. We also worked with Edwin Benson who did the financial paper work. He was so patient with us. We haven't had a new for quite a few years but they made the process easy. We can't thank you enough for the way we were treated. YOU ALL DESERVE 10's .
