Buyer Beware: I traded two cars into Norm Reeves VW. There was a substantial amount of unused gap insurance money that should be refunded to me. However, it was not due to a new policy. I did a deep dive into this and eventually discovered the following. The gap insurance unused money was incorporated into the loan payoff. I was never apprised of this and was very surprised when they explained it to me when I questioned them. Please pay attention to your payoff numbers prior to trading in your vehicle as I definitely feel this is unfair. I will not deal with this dealership again. I do love my car but, I will go elsewhere from this day forward. More
