Dishonest/Incompetent The service department was deceitful in its analysis. Finally reached the service manager who did have the mechanic due the service update necessary. In the meantime, Brian Serrano tried told me the blower motor was making noise - I had never heard the noise before or since. I drove home with the problem solved. The next time I tried to drive the car, I had to have it towed due to problems that I will have to wait for them to tell me. I lost total trust when I asked the manager why I had not received the ususal survey and he responded that the technician had written that the "customer had declined" recieving a survey. How tidy!!! More
Six month service and recall I was met by Terrel who, quickly and professionaly, informed me of what needed done to my car and how long he expected it would take. A shuttle servi I was met by Terrel who, quickly and professionaly, informed me of what needed done to my car and how long he expected it would take. A shuttle service was available for me but I didn't need it this time. Service was completed within that time frame and a complimentary car wash provided. I had some questions regarding my navigation so Terrel went with me to my car and explained, and showed me, what I needed to do. My Honda visit exceeded my expectations. More

When I first arrived I was hesitant because I don't care for sales people. Mike Austin is not your average salesman. He is not over bearing, he doesn't rush you and he doesn't just listen to what you are looking for in a car, he heard you! I told Mike right up front, I wanted a black car with cloth seats and the car needed to have under 50k miles. He showed me ONLY the cars that fit the bill! He wasn't out to sell me the highest prices car, he wanted to sell me the car I wanted. He answered all my questions and when he didn't know an answer, he found someone that did. Mike Austin is a very professional, polite and super accommodating sales associate. My circumstances were a little out of the ordinary and Mike was right on the ball keeping me up to date by text messages every step of the way! I could not be any more pleased with my experience at Port Charlotte Honda. Go in today and wait for Mike Austin, you won't be disappointed! Tell him you read the review from Dawn F. Also shout out to finance manager Josh Johnston who was exceptional in explaining the warrantee programs.
