I have always had bad experiences at car dealerships but this visit was so much better than I could have ever expected. I was ready to go in there with my fists clinched and defend myself against high press this visit was so much better than I could have ever expected. The first person that I met was Zack and I actually thought he was a manager (he was so professional) He welcomed us and asked us if we needed anything to drink. Normally I have been asked if was going to buy a car today already. After Zack got us some water he asked us how he could help us, I was only wanting to look around at prices and shop around but he had an answer for every question we had about the vehicle and options on financing available. He was not intrusive in the way he asked us questions but instead he seemed very interested in what we were looking for and what we needed. After he helped us find the vehicle we liked most and fit our needs we proceeded inside. I thought "Oh NO, this is when it gets really bad" but instead everyone was very friendly, which was refreshing. We talked about what we were wanting to do as far as numbers and monthly payment and Zack exceeded what we actually thought we would be at. There were no games, no battle, no going back in forth, he knew exactly what we needed and surprised us and made it better. After we agreed and got everything ready to go talk to the finance guy Zack sat with us during our 45 minute wait and continued to show interest in us and our family. Zack is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Since he sold us our car he has called to wish us happy birthday on 2 occasions, one for myself and one for my daughter, who wasn't even there! This guy knows how to treat a customer. I have sent one family member to him so far and he helped him in the same way. I definitely recommend Zack to anyone looking for a new car, he was awesome. More

I spoke with Rodney approximately one week prior to purchasing the vehicle at the Health Club where we both work-out. Rodney spent his valuable free time and allowed me to interrupt his work-out routine several on several occasions to discuss some of the options and features concerning the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived at the Dealership on the day of the purchase I was pleasantly greeted by half the staff. I had my game face on, and I was ready to play the game.
