Unlike other dealers (cough Downey cough), there's no bait and switch when you get to the dealership (The OTD I got via email was honored, and I got the exact car I wanted). 3. Juan Bernal was the best! Super nice and professional. He gave a much more thorough explanation of the car features than I had received at my local dealership, which I really appreciated. ALSO, I really like salespeople who actually own Hondas when they sell Hondas. It's almost like they believe in what they are selling! 4. Financial manager Mauricio was just as pleasant to talk to. You don't get any of the rude, pushy attitude to purchase all of the extras. I usually don't write reviews for things, but I felt that West Covina really deserved a good write up, especially in light of my experience with some other Honda dealers.
