Both parties (me and Honda) had signed the contract. This finance manager named Peter was the one who signed it. HOWEVER, HONDA is the first one that break their contract itself. We signed for a specific amount that should Be paid to our bank but you did not pay the amount. So what is that? Does this mean that the contract is null and void? If this is the case then we may have the possibility to return the car? Or worst file a case against you? What will happen now?

Just talked to the General Manager and unfortunately they could not help us with our problem. He even wash their hands and told us that he did not believe what we are saying. Do you think we will let the chance to be lost just because we are holding nothing from them? Now, because of their wrong information, we have to wait for the check from them and paid the additional money for the plane ticket( which is $500 cheaper before). On top of that we are bound by their contract. And what they can only say is sorry we can't do anything and we don't believe that it was said to you by that finance manager? So we are liars now? So disappointed and upset of how they deal with this problem. Just hoping that it will not be the reason why they will lose some of their loyal customers. Economy is so tough today, it will be a great impact if it will lose these dealerships. They really help a lot. But definitely will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Now, we have painfully learned our lesson in buying car: To do our assignment before going to the dealership and most importantly, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Just talked to the finance manager, named Peter, he had denied everything and told us that he knew nothing about what we were talking about. In short, washed his hands on everything. He even asked us why in the world we are blaming him for all the things that he did not know. Are you kidding? We never talked to anyone except you and Antson, hello?! He said that why would they want our money when in fact they are working in a multi million company. Well, he is definitely right. I don't see or think any reason why they will keep the money ($1,200) just to ensure that they will receive the title of the car. Why would they do that? We don't even have the title. Maybe if do have it then I might understand their so-called policy. But, sorry no we were not just born yesterday. If they want to be sure that they will receive the title then they should not fully paid our bank where our loan was. There's no doubt that we love the car, in fact we do however, these people complicate everything. I don't know why. Maybe they are trained to this, as what I've searched but please don't make us fool and don't throw away the trust that we had towards you. If these things are not important to you then we can't do anything about that.
