Management does not care about their own customers. The salesman Alfredo Pena was dishonest with me about the prior history of a used vehicle. 2 weeks after I bought the car I started receiving malfunc The salesman Alfredo Pena was dishonest with me about the prior history of a used vehicle. 2 weeks after I bought the car I started receiving malfunction errors on the infotainment system. This led me to discover damage on my vehicle which was caused by an accident that Norm Reeves knowingly denied to tell me. I took the car in to see if they would fix the damages and Erick Ramos and management denied to fix them, stating you bought it “as is”. Obviously they only care about the bottom line and not their customers. Avoid this dealership. More
