I very rarely leave reviews but after this horrible experience and how I was treated by Jesse Mischner, General Sales Manager I feel compelled. I purchased a used Ford Escape and 8 days after having i experience and how I was treated by Jesse Mischner, General Sales Manager I feel compelled. I purchased a used Ford Escape and 8 days after having it the transmission went out on the freewat...on Easter Sunday. I had two kids in the car, a full Easter dinner going to my 86 year old father who lives alone. VERY long story short, $330 to get the car towed back to the dealership, threw out a $100 Easter dinner, my father spent it alone and my kids and I had to Uber home. The next day I received two phone calls, the first was a rude guy who was only calling me because he was told too and knew nothing, he literally said 'I'm going into a meeting but wanted to call you quick.' Hours later another person called who was nicer but knew nothing. Tuesday comes around and it's 2:30pm and I still haven't heard from management and I am borrowing a car to get to work and my kids to school. After multiple emials I finally got a call from the used car sales manager Vanara Luch who was nice, but knew nothing. Knowing that the only way I would get this resolved, was to take a vacation day and go to the dealership. I had no intension of getting a Honda, but I settled on a nice 2019 CR-V. Knowing how much I had been through, I expected some type of compensation on the price. Jesse Mischner, General Sales Manager came over, arrogant, dismissive and gave me 2 minutes of his time. Flatly said the asking price is non-negotiable. Because I was between a rock and a hard place, I needed them to authorize the cancellation of my first loan and they had my $7,000 down payment, I accepted $270 off the asking price. So, everything I've mentioned that I went through, my daughters went through, and God Willing I'll still have my father here for one or more Easters....that is only worth $270? Let me preface to say the Escape was a temporary vehicle for the next 6 months while I test drove new types to make a decision. I make over 120K a year and over excellent credit. Key take-away, if you buy a used car and something goes wrong with it, you will be treated without respect. Horrible experience. I will be keeping the CR-V for the rest of the year and trading it in. I want nothing to do with Honda. More

I Purchased a New Honda CR-V and the Buying experience was good but now that they only gave me 1of the 2 Set’s of keys it’s like pulling teeth trying to get someone to help me. Horrible! I’m being harassed by Jake in finance, and Armando Garcia. I gave all the information needed. I told them I could pay up to about 400$, by the time I I’m being harassed by Jake in finance, and Armando Garcia. I gave all the information needed. I told them I could pay up to about 400$, by the time I knew, I was signing so many forms. And then got home, my monthly payments 530$monthly. Now both Armando and hake are harassing me!! By calling g me asking for bank statements. They should’ve gotten the day I bought it. And I thought was being financed by my credit union, Armando tricked me. I just hit a call telling me to take the car back to them! What a rotten n deal!! Need to report the harassment. Very unhappy about the whole thing ! More
