Extremely disappointed in Honda and the Norm Reeves Superstore. I dropped my Honda off after it broke down on the side of the road. I filled out the drop off form, talked with a service assistant, and Superstore. I dropped my Honda off after it broke down on the side of the road. I filled out the drop off form, talked with a service assistant, and left my keys on the dash, as instructed. It was busy, so I understood it would take a while until my car was looked at. I was reluctant to take my car here, as dealerships are KNOWN to overprice their parts and services. But, I needed the care and excellence I thought only dealerships could provide. Four days later and I had not received a single call. Twice I inquired, over the phone, what the status of my car was. Both times I was told my car was being worked on and the mechanics assigned to it would give me a call. Enough was enough. I drove to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore to find my car sitting in a new parking spot, unlocked, with my keys on the dash. After talking to a service advisor, Anthony, we realized my car was never processed and was sitting unattended for four days. I am appalled at the lack of care. If the car was able to start, I wouldn't have been surprised if a stranger drove off the lot with it. The assurances by service representatives over the phone that my car was at Norm Reeves AND being worked on were baseless. There was no accountability for my vehicle nor responsibility toward me as a customer. The only reason I am giving two stars is out of optimism. The Honda brand has always been strong and Anthony assured me that my car would be taken care thoroughly and quickly. I will likely update the review to one star after I see the exorbitant bill dealerships are known for. More
