The right guy was working that day to help us, and Joe Nasir was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda Civic Sport and the other Honda models, and he was able to answer all of our questions. He didn't hammer us. There was no high pressure, something ALL potential car buyers hate. He listened. And more importantly, he asked the right questions. Because of his experience and expertise, he was able to take an offer to his manager and quickly and seamlessly make it happen. We honestly couldn't say no, because he took any "problems" out of the equation. We thought we'd go through the pain and hassle once we got to the finance manager. Nope. Eamahan was just an incredible. He reviewed our paperwork and understood what our true needs would be and make the experience overall very enjoyable and efficient. I can't recomment Norm Reeves Honda West Covina enough, especially Joe Nasir and finance manager Eamahan. Those two and certainly a dynamic duo. Having an appointment for an oil change doesn't make any difference for NOT having an appointment. I got checked in at 12:48 and I retrieve my car at 2:46, 2 hour oil changed that can be done in 30 minutes difference for NOT having an appointment. The waiting room is so cold so I decided to sit outside and I watch how the mechanic work as slow as a snail, each step and movement can be counted and that justified his 2 hour on oil change. Late Night Redemption My wife and I received a great quote from Norm Reeves in West Covina and Another Honda Dealership in Whittier said they could match it so we decided g My wife and I received a great quote from Norm Reeves in West Covina and Another Honda Dealership in Whittier said they could match it so we decided go with them because we preferred the color. HUGE MISTAKE After driving an hour to get to Whittier they did not match the quote we received and then in an attempt to "move some money around" were disingenuous in their dealings, we walked out disappointed, frustrated and tired. We decided to stop by Norm Reeves in West Covina on our way home to see if we liked the car in white, knowing the closed in 30 minutes we had no intention for leaving with a car that night. WE WERE WRONG We were greeted by Oscar as we approached the main office, he was extremely friendly and helpful in finding a salesperson to help else. Terrence immediately came down to help us and was just as friendly and glad to see us as Oscar. Having already been disappointed once this evening I was hesitant to start the buying process again so before we even saw the car Terrence had the terms drawn up and in my hand with in 10 minutes. I was in and out within 90 minutes. I never felt rushed or pressured, we received the price we were promised to the penny and all this an hour after they had closed. Working in the hospitality industry I am extremely critical of customer service, Terrence and Oscar delivered. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to start at Norm Reeves in West Covina and to make sure to ask for Terrence when you get there. More
