I do really dread going to the dealership because in my experience, it's always been a 3-4 hour ordeal! This time around, I was in and out of the dealership so fast...altogether 1.5 hours!! Now, my experience may be unique to the fact that I was leasing a car whose terms did not allow for any negotiations or upselling opportunities. Nevertheless, it was really awesome to be in and out so fast. Armando had a fellow coworker, Guy who knew a bit more about electric cars and he willingly and kindly give me the full overview on the car. I also had to interact with service because my car actually wasn't thoroughly cleaned when I got it. The film that protects the car didn't get thoroughly removed. Anyway, bringing it back and getting it detailed was no issue. Anthony was the service person who assisted me and 5-stars for him as well. He was super professional and efficient as well! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone! More
