Frustrating and Bad Experience I was not asked my preferences and was not shown features that I should have been shown. REALLY great service experience. I took my Genesis in for routine service. They had a loaner car ready for me when I arrived, and when I returned, my car was washed and ready to go. For years I have gone to Park Place Mercedes (yes Mercedes) in Dallas. In the past several years, it had taken me at least 20 minutes for them to bring my car back from service while returning the loaner car. Very impressive, Freeman! More
