Also, the sales rep told me that my driver/passenger mirrors were power and could be pulled in. However, this is not the case with the 2023 Palisade and now I cannot get the vehicle in my garage very easily at all. This was the one thing I needed on the vehicle so for the sales team to not know this option wasn't present on the vehicle I purchases was very disappointing. I also feel like the dealership did not make an effort to get me floor mats or a cargo liner/cover for the vehicle. More

It was late my wife was not feeling well and they would not let us leave. At one point the sales person drove off with my wife in the car and did not tell me he was leaving.
