Nope, it was rodent damage ( I live on a farm). The service consultant, Anna Gallegos, is a seasoned professional and carefully listened to everything I had to say about my concerns. I was impressed she did not try to push up-sales on the drive before knowing a diagnosis. The technician made a very quick and accurate diagnosis, 'wiring chewed by rodent'. The car still has never had a mechanical failure. Anna emailed pictures of the damage, gave me a reasonable estimate, and suggested some maintenance items coming due. Perfect customer service. I was able to pick my car up the next morning. I give the highest rating and recommendation because from calling for appointment to pick up I was impressed with the service, Thanks! More
