Great Service! Despite driving through crazy construction to get to Freeman. I arrived and was taken care of by Ken or David. From the time I stepped in the building Despite driving through crazy construction to get to Freeman. I arrived and was taken care of by Ken or David. From the time I stepped in the building to picking up my car he was kind and accommodating to my needs. Even called for a shuttle service to pick me up. Called me within 2 hours to let me know what was found and my car was ready that same day. Being a busy mom of twins and having only 1 car. It was really important I got my car fixed quickly. My car now drives like it's brand new. When I arrived to picked up my car, he asked if I had a good day and how my day at work was. You don't see that too often these days. Even offered to change my name in the system without me asking. Thank you so much for your great customer service, caring and getting me in and out in a few hours. More
