Overall good experience at Cowboy Toyota, Scott was great help! I already knew what I wanted when I came in, and after verifying that it was in stock, I made the trip to go check it out. With the market as it is, I wasn’t able to negotiate the price, but that would have been the case everywhere I went. Scott was great at advising what route to take with financing rebates vs other promotions and he didn’t push too hard upselling other things, which I loved. He was knowledgeable about the car and its features. Front staff was friendly, as well as financing dept. I’m bad with names, but kudos to them for helping me out as well! More

Pedro Flores was awesome. I was struggling with online shopping, had a lot of questions, and needed help. I was trying to buy a car here, but needed to know to license and register in another state. No one, NO ONE (at any other dealership)was able to help me until Pedro picked up my call and said, "no problem, we do it all the time". I felt a huge weight off my shoulders at that moment. And he had no problem delivering and did know just what to do--I had the car I wanted the next day! I am so grateful for the way he does business--I never felt pressured, he listened, he asked what I wanted and needed and did not tell me what I should want or need--and then he found it.
