Chris went through the CarFax with us and everything was very above board. The price was a bit above our budget but the management was able to meet us in the middle at a good price. Since they had got the car traded in with only one fob Chris went through the trouble of contacting the previous owners to see if they had the other key fob. Even though they didn't I still appreciated the effort! More

Incorrect paperwork, 2 weeks of delays, went dark on status requests for 4 days. The worst experience I've had with a car dealership and this should have been the easiest for them - we negotiated quickly over email - all they had to do was send the paperwork correctly and load it on a carrier. But it turned into 2+weeks of me chasing them. The sales rep was non-apologetic and unprofessional. More

Due to the deal being completed prior to arrival good think it would be a very quick closing transaction but in the end it took three and a half hours, totally unacceptable and entirely unprofessional.
