I am not happy !!! Good sense of urgency I was referred by a leasing company that didn't inform me that I needed to set up an appointment to get my vehicle, I thought it was going to be an ea I was referred by a leasing company that didn't inform me that I needed to set up an appointment to get my vehicle, I thought it was going to be an easy sign papers and go, but it was super busy for all the employees. Luckily when my situation was brought to the attention of, Mr Rodney Houston, who somehow squeezed me in and immediately started working on all my forms. This was a huge blessing for me,seeing how my unexpected arrival could of resulted in me not getting my vehicle, and would of ended in frustration. Thank you for getting me on the road again. More

No Humanities when you complete your sales as business I have been victim to buy a car by over paying to this dealer at Sat, March 26, 2016. I got postal mail coupon from cowboy toyota dealers to sell my c I have been victim to buy a car by over paying to this dealer at Sat, March 26, 2016. I got postal mail coupon from cowboy toyota dealers to sell my car and i did not have any experience on buying car and they have utilized and tricked my lack of buying car experience and i ended up paying more than 2K. Sale time duration: I went 4PM in the evening and they are not letting me to go out until the deal was completed and the deal was completed at 10.45 PM. On next working day, Monday, I had received email from all the dealer (including from cowboy toyota) as the ”same model car price is 2K less than what I have paid. Once again i went to cowboy toyota with my friends I asked them to justify and they do not want to justify anything and they told me that if I stand further they will call police. Here I do not know this is the way people will be treated when you have rights to have question ? In Saturday around 7PM i got call from my friend and I told them that I want to leave and my friend was in emergency still they have not let me go out ? It is my mistake that I did not call the Police that they had my car key ? I want to inform you that in this case I might be victim and i warn you not be trapped by this dealer. In Dallas City there are many dealers are there! Please do not do the same mistake which I did! More
