This dealership is a scam and can NOT be trusted Received an internet quote for an exact vehicle we were looking for. Drove over an hour after an appt was made to purchase this vehicle. Once arriving we learned the vehicle was not on the lot but on a remote lot. Agreed to work the deal and they would deliver. Come to find out they would NOT honor the quote that was given and wanted to increase the price by $3K. After asking to speak to the general manger we were told to leave. This dealership is a joke, dishonest personal and will say anything to get you in the door. I have never met such dishonest and arrogate bunch of salesman and managers. Nightmare Experience My husband and I went in to look at a Toyota 1794 truck. We dealt with Scott who was awesome. When we were about to finish the deal we tried like everyone does to get an additional discount just to see....and the manager came and spoke about us rudely in front of us....mocking saying I'm coming to say ADIOS to your people here...first of all I'm Italian...so that comment was uncalled for. All he had to say was no we can't make that feal we were going to sign the papers. But I refuse to deal with rude people. We went to Freeman Toyota and got the same deal as Cowboy . I Refuse to give them the commison. So who really lost on this deal?? NOT US!!! lol.... More
I am not happy !!! I was there today 07/16/2016 around 12:00 mid day to get oil changed based on my service guaranty schedule.What the guys did made me upset.One of the I was there today 07/16/2016 around 12:00 mid day to get oil changed based on my service guaranty schedule.What the guys did made me upset.One of the mechanic made me to ask specific person inside to get oil changed .That man took me outside to see my vehicle ,It was taxi.He refused to give oil change service,and told me that I had first to get appointment to get served.My complaint is :1)why he wanted to see my vehicle & then refused service.2)why I was made to request specific person?3)why he took me outside to ask if I had an appointment ? Good sense of urgency I was referred by a leasing company that didn't inform me that I needed to set up an appointment to get my vehicle, I thought it was going to be an ea I was referred by a leasing company that didn't inform me that I needed to set up an appointment to get my vehicle, I thought it was going to be an easy sign papers and go, but it was super busy for all the employees. Luckily when my situation was brought to the attention of, Mr Rodney Houston, who somehow squeezed me in and immediately started working on all my forms. This was a huge blessing for me,seeing how my unexpected arrival could of resulted in me not getting my vehicle, and would of ended in frustration. Thank you for getting me on the road again. More
