They did not try to hide any costs or pretend to have cars in stock that would have to actually be ordered as other dealerships did. Karen Schlatterer is their authorized Costco contact. She was very knowlegeable, answered all of our questions fully, and most importantly gave us a great deal! My wife and I purchased a 2018 Toyota Highlander, and we are very pleased with the whole experience! I would highly recommend Cowboy Toyota and Karen! More

Welched on a deal cost me money I made a deal over the internet and phone calls on a used Mazda Van. I got a email confirming price and a hold until I arrived only then did I purchase a airline ticket to Dallas where I was to be picked up by the dealership. They called me the evening before my morning flight and told me they were sorry but the vehicle was already sold Lucky I didn't make the trip. Anyone can make a mistake but then you make it right but they said I could only get my lost money back if I buy a car from them. By the way you can only leave positive reviews on their website if you try and leave negative it puts you to the general manager who tells you how bad he feels about your lost so they only get positive reviews on their site check it out More
