She was willing to arrange for someone to pick me up and bring to the dealership, mind you I stay about 30-35 minutes away. After telling her what I wanted she went to work. They dealership did not have the color I wanted, however she found one which was the only one in a five state radius. She explained all of the features to me. She even showed me the inside of her own personal vehicle so I could get a clear picture of the color interior. After purchasing the vehicle she made she I was completely satisfied. I truly left feeling valued and appreciated. What an amazing experience that didn't take long. More

After the sale , Liiane went over all the features and set up my Bluetooth settings for my phone and navigation system. Everyone at Cowboy Toyota was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer. It was a no pressure sale because USAA used "True Car" so I had all the dealers prices before shopping for a new car. Cowboy Toyota came in the lowest on price and then were the nicest by far. More

She explained all the add-ons, and was able to work with me through the different incentives to get to a price range right around what we were looking for. By the time we made our decision to purchase the car, she had to leave, but left all the details and information for Patrick and Robert at the dealership. We test drove the car, and were able to get all the paperwork done at the price that we were offered over the phone. No issues with expectations, pricing, everything was done to their word.
