The day I bought my truck it was a miserable HOT HOT Texas summertime day, (the hottest day of the year) however Dave came outside to greet me, show me the vehicles, and answer all of my questions. He had to search Toyota inventory throughout the entire state to find the truck I wanted. He quickly found one that was exactly what I wanted and worked with me to obtain a great deal. He was kind enough to offer a bottle of good cold water several times, as that’s what’s needed on these hot days. He introduced me to several people at the dealership including the sales manager, the finance manager, and the owner. Yes you even get to talk with the owners at this dealership! It was not long before I was signing the paperwork. Everything was thoroughly explained and all my questions were answered. The extended warranty, maintenance program, tire protection, etc. offered to me at a deal that made sense for me to buy. This was the best car purchase experience I have ever had.
