The most amazing car-buying experience we have ever had! From the start of our purchase (began with an "internet price" via email from Liane Mann) to the time we drove away in our beautiful new 4Runner, this From the start of our purchase (began with an "internet price" via email from Liane Mann) to the time we drove away in our beautiful new 4Runner, this dealership amazed us. There were no "games", no bartering, no gimmicks, no pushy finance managers, and no hidden agendas. The price we were given was extremely fair, and it was given to us in writing up front and the numbers were never changed. Liane is intelligent, polite, hardworking and kind. Dave Stevens worked with us, as well, and he is a man of integrity who went out of his way to make sure we were treated with respect and honesty every step of the way. We were never "pushed" to make a decision but, once we decided to buy today, Dave did everything he could to make sure we were driving away in our new SUV in as little time as possible. Even Justin (in the Finance Department) was a pleasure to work with...no pushing, no games, but very friendly conversation as we signed the paperwork. We bought another Toyota earlier this year from another dealership and, while our salesman tried very hard to please us, the dealership itself was not a pleasure to work with (to say the least).
