AMAZING SERVICE AND LIFETIME CUSTOMER My husband and I came in with the possibility of, simply the inkling of the idea, that we may be able to get into a better position with the current v My husband and I came in with the possibility of, simply the inkling of the idea, that we may be able to get into a better position with the current vehicle that I was driving and into something with better gas mileage, prettier, newer, with the same or even a smaller payment. We were so extremely upside down on my current vehicle because of past mistakes, I just never saw the light at the end of the tunnel, and the resale value of the current vehicle I was driving was very poor considering what we were looking at that had proven itself since my first vehicle (we won't mention how many year ago). When we met Liane Mann, I knew, that If ANYTHING could be done for us, she was going to be the one to make certain that it would happen for us. She was not your typical pushy salesman, she was completely honest with us. When we left there, we were as happy as could be and we actually have a plan in motion knowing that in the next 27 months to 3 years, all of our negative equity that we have snowballed over the years would he completely gone and we would be in a much better position to make even bigger and better choices for our family. Everyone there went above and beyond and we are both extremely happy, but the lease program there, along the the Triple AAA program and the maintenance program were just perks that were unreal to us. Liane Mann is someone that I can see spending time with as a friend over dinner and definitely coming back to in the future for my husband a truck when the time is right and when it is my turn again, she Will be the one I want on my side. I adore you Liane and I appreciate all the hard work, you went above and beyond the typical salesman, definitely staying many house than we were told you would be there over the phone.
