AMAZING customer service So I needed my oil changed and my State inspection was overdue. I called and spoke with Vicki who organized a time for the pick-up service they offer. I didn't have to take time away from work to drop off my car... which is great. Vicki called to say the driver was on his way. Oscar arrived right on time, he was very professional and curteous. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the machine that issues the inspection sticker. Carlos called to apologize and said they were trying get it fixed. Vicki also called to apologize. I was AMAZED at the next step. They offered to have their driver take my car to a different dealership, have the inspection performed, and then drop the car off at either my workplace or home. The professionalism, the problem-solving behavor and the frequent follow-up was outstanding! More

She made it clear in her message that she intended to help me find EXACTLY what I was looking for.Whereas most dealers contact you with the "I'd like to hear from you, when can you come by" approach, Karen wanted to make sure that the inquiry reflected my specific needs (which it did not due to internet form limitations) but that's why I chose to do business with her. She promptly got back to me with the information I wanted and stuck with it through the entire process. She got me the exact vehicle I wanted and I couldn't be any more pleased with my first new purchase!!!! I would absolutely recommend that anyone searching for a vehicle go see Karen! More

She was the one that called me first but that wasn't the reason I chose to work with her. After my first phone call with her, it was obvious she was not the typical sales person. She was really listening to what I needed, followed through on everything she said and went above and beyond to get information for me. It took several weeks from the first time I spoke to Karen for me to buy a car and not once did I feel as though she was pushy or selling me. I really trusted her and believed she was doing right by me. She found me the exact Highlander I wanted with options I wanted and I am thrilled to be driving my new care.
